Shipment processing time
All orders placed before 3pm PST (Monday- Friday), will be processed the same day. If you ordered an item after 3pm PST, then the order will be processed the following business day!
All orders placed before 12pm PST, will be processed the same day. If an item is ordered after 12pm PST, then the order will be processed the following business day (Monday).
No orders will be processed on Sunday's.
Holiday shipping will vary, all shipping updates will be communicated through all social media platforms!

Customs, duties, and taxes
Miletree Candles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If any products are lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim email: email@example.com.
If any products are damaged, please submit photographic proof to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery to start the claim process.
Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, before filing a claim.
Due to restrictions caused by coronavirus, we cannot accept exchanges or returns unless the item is damaged. Thank you for your understanding.
